1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during holidays or high-demand seasons.

2. Shipping Times Because we work with international suppliers to bring you the best prices and high-quality products, our shipping times are estimates.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (depending on your location).

  • Please note that unexpected delays due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or severe weather conditions are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking Once your package is shipped, we will automatically send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can easily monitor your package's journey from our warehouse directly to your doorstep. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Rollit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most countries (including the US and EU), our logistics lines generally clear customs smoothly without additional charges for the buyer.

6. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Rollit is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
